Honey Mustard Salad

This is a really simple salad – and it’s one of my boys’ favorites. They especially love it as a main dish with some grilled chicken thrown in.

The amount of lettuce or spinach you should use depends on how much salad you want to make.

Romaine, chopped and/or fresh spinach leaves
honey mustard pretzel pieces, broken into bite-size pieces
red onion, thinly sliced
Ken’s Steak House Honey Mustard dressing

Toss all ingredients together and serve.

*The combination of the honey mustard pretzels and honey mustard dressing is NOT overwhelming. In fact, the dressing tends to tone down the seasoning on the pretzels.
